Then again, you may want to go a step further and learn to use specialist programs like Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Maybe you would like to create your own Website. You may have the ideas and general know-how but not enough technical knowledge to make the Site work. Consequently, a little bit of hand holding is warranted

Sure, you could hand the project over to someone experienced in this area to complete but then you wouldn't have the personal satisfaction of having done it yourself.
